Adding own c3d file to MoCap (lower extremity model)

Hi,can anyone please help me with some questions below about using a MoCap model with my own c3d file:
1.I have attached a c3d file, can anyone please tell me what all changes i have to make in MoCap model (lower extremity model) to use this c3d file ?
2.How can i add this c3d file to MoCap model without getting any errors ?
3.How to resolve the issues related to inverse dynamics?
4.How to adjust the distance between the force plates ?
I am using AMMRV1.6

hi Moonki, thanks for your reply,i have uploaded the model to debug section & have updated my profile

Hello Raghav,

I am a beginne myself so I don’t think I can really help you but I’ll try.

You should have a look at this page, many things are described there very well.:
http://wiki.anyscript.org/index.php/NEW:_How_to_setup_your_own_MoCap_driven_Model

ad 1) All Marker positions must have the same names like the ones in your c3d file and you have to edit marker positions of the model like they were in your measurements. You also have to comment all markers of the model you didn’t use.

ad 2) that’s a very general question and I think not even a professional could answer this. It would be better if you describe your problems better.

ad 3) I think, first you should focus on the MotionAndParameterOptimizationStudy. When the kinematics are working well, Inverse Dynamics aren’t the big problem.

ad 4) I didn’t work with ForcePLates so I can’t really help you with this issue. But I am pretty sure that a professional will help you soon.

Best regards,
Max

Hi Max, thanks for your reply ,i have attached the file which contains the MoCap model(lower Extremity model) using our own c3d data captured from BTS system along with the c3d file and the error message window, can u please help me out in debugging this model

Dear Raghav,

Attached please find a quick model based on your C3D file.
Also I attached a video based on the model.

I hope that these files are helpful for you.

Best regards,
Moonki

Thank you Sir
