This is John Rasmussen from the AnyBody Research Group at Aalborg
University. We do have various courses for our own students in using
AnyBody, but they are very basic and also seasonal and not much more
than you could learn by doing the tutorials.
For users with more advanced needs we have a couple of options. The
company, AnyBody Technology, undertakes training of industrial users.
This is fast and efficient, but it is usually not what people in
academia want because there is a cost involved.
For academic users the best option is to set up a scientific
cooperation with the AnyBody Research Group, i.e. me and my
colleagues, and perhaps come over and stay with us for a while. There
is no cost involved except that you have to pay your own way in terms
of accommodation and living costs.
The deal is that we help you get your model up and running and you
supply domain expertise in the field you want to investigate along
with experimental data and such. Then we publish the work with joint
authorship.
Please contact me off group if you want to discuss further. My
homepage is here: www.ime.aau.dk/~jr.
Best regards,
John
