I am doing a MoCap Analysis using force plate. Everything seems to be going fine, however, there is one problem with the soleus muscles activity. The graph of muscle force comes out as if it is unfiltered. Is there any way in which I can apply the filter manually please?

We usually don’t apply the filter for output muscle activations.
I would recommend you to check the velocity and accelerations of the kinematics from markers. And it will be better if you can apply a filter for those markers.

If your muscle activity looks as unfiltered, it may be due to the same pattern with accelerations.

Sadly I do not think the problem is with accelerations. I think that the problem is arising because I reduced the radius of some muscle to avoid intersections, could this be the case? If yes, what other method should I use to avoid the intersection of muscle with bones? Also, I am doing an FE analysis using ANSYS on the L3 vertebra during gait, however, I have some stress concentrations at certain regions which should not be there, could this also be happening due to the same reason?
