environment object connection with human

1)when connecting a object with human body at a single connection point, the initial conditions and kinematics is achieved, but when i give a second attachment constrain, i am getting tolerance error for many default constrains. how can i achieve it. kindly help.

2)also is it right to keep the constraint type of the kinematics of the environment object as “Soft” always. If i keep it hard, then there is kinematic error.
