Is it correct that Fm is the force produced by a certain muscle? in case that there are several parts of the muscle, total muscle force would be the sum of all parts?
What is the uni of Fm?

yes, that is correct, you need to sum up the individual forces from the muscle branches.
AnyBody uses always SI units, so forces are always in N, dimensions in meter, …
