Scapular rhythm in the "JntSR.any"

Thank you. I kept the other sets of clavicle and scapula and plotted them in red so I can see the consequence of the kinematic optimization.

The perfect trade-off is difficult to find, at least without any optimization routine. I’m actually trying one optimization in which the AnyDesVar are the AI and TS distances from the ellipsoid and the objective function is the sum of the squared deviations of joint angles and constraints.

I’ll give you a feedback soon.
