Trouble with MocCap model


I am using Codamotion system to run the MoCap model. The task consists of a simple lifting and lowering task with a twist.

When I run the motion and parameter optimization there is kinematic failure.

With Codamotion there is only two cameras thus there is some missing data at certain points during the lifting task, however I believe the failure is occurring before these data points go missing.

Could you please advise me whether the failure is due to the model setup or missing data points? and how to go about solving this issue.

I had a look on your C3D files and there are too many frames for missing markers.

Sorry to say, but it will be better for you to get better C3D files which have higher quality.
