How can I seperate the whole segment of trunk（such as C1, C2…T11 and T12） into each of small segment like L4-L5, so that I can get the motion of neck and thorx?

The cervical spine can be configured using BM statements. Please have a look at the MaxForceNeckModel. The thorax is a single segment and the motion, at this point, is not available - you would need to implement the spine model yourself.
