Is it possible to account muscle fatigue during the analysis of long motion in AnyBody?
For example, if I have a c3d file with repetitive for 20 times motion, I’ll get the same dynamics results for first and last cycle? Or AnyBody will take into account different muscle capabilities?
And if not, is it any way to account muscle fatigue? Maybe by reducing coefficient of muscle contraction after some cycles?

By default AnyBody will not take muscle fatigue into account. But you are right, you could basically run seperate analyses using differnt properties for the muscles and thus simulate fatigue.
