Adding real bone

Hi, all

I want to add real bone to my own model. I have the real bone as ‘stl’
files. When I directly added this stl files into anyscript, the error
message was like this : ERROR(SYS1) : Model load : Unknown error
And the detail of this error message was : Explanation:
An unknown error is an error that is not handled properly by the system
or by the module indicated in the message. In other words, this is not
supposed to happen. If an unknown error do occur, it could mean that
data in memory has been corrupted and unpredictable behavior could be
the result. Therefore, it may be necessary to restart AnyBody after
such an error. Please contact AnyBody Technology in case of any
reproducable Uknown error.

How can I use my real bone file to add into my model?

Hi ?

Sorry about you problem, as you write this is not supposed to happen…

I am not sure what you mean when you write “When I directly added this stl
files into anyscript”

If this mean that the lines from the file was inserted directly in an .any
file?, then this is not the way do to this.

The .stl file has to be a separate file and the command AnySurfStl has to be
used for including the file.

There is a tutorial showing this

http://www.anybodytech.com/702.0.html

Another thing that might cause problems is if the .stl file is a binary
file, it has to be a text file…

Hope this helps, otherwise please write again.

Best regards
