Can the velocity of the driver be adjusted during analysis?
If you set the velocity of the joint driver, it moves at constant speed until the analysis is finished. However, I would like to make the acceleration variable during analysis. If that doesn't work, can I start the analysis and then delay it until the motion is applied?
You can set the motion of a joint according to the data you have. Consider using AnyKinMotion, where you can specify custom functions to define the motion. Or consider using AnyKinEqInterPolDriver, where you can read in the data from an external file.
