When I give a 20 degree angle for the varus or valgus moviment to my model the tibia and femur bones match togheter.
How I can give contact condition or put cartilage in my model?

Please read the tutorial on Force-Dependent Kinematics: FDK tutorial, where a stiffness in the knee joint was added to compute kinematics based on contact forces. You can also have a look at THA-KneeBendDemo example in the repository, especially at the section, where FDK is used combined with “ContactForces.any”.
