I am working on a study using the AnyBody to estimate lower-extremity muscle
forces
during braking and bracing. We have performed subject tests using EMG to collect
activation
levels from 12 muscles in the lower-extremity. We found some relationship
between
muscles, for example, the activation level of Soleus is about two times greater
than the
activation level of Gastrocnemius lateral head from our tests. I am wondering
how can I apply
these relationships between muscle in the AnyBody to improve the model.
I am sorry but it is not possible create connections between muscle
activations.
The only thing you could do that will slightly resemble this is to apply a
muscle on a AnyKinLinComb measure which are working on two kinematic
measures from a muscle. In this way you could apply 75% of the force in one
of the measures and 25% in the other, or any other combination. The problem
is that this fraction has to be a constant, so I guess this is not what you
are looking for.

Thanks in advance for your answer.
