data exporting

Hi,
How can I export data from anybody to matlab software?

Jalal.Arabneydi

Best regards

Data transfer is done via comma-separated files. Please consult this
tutorial: http://www.anybodytech.com/696.0.html

Hey Jalal,

I would like to add that Jean Olivier some time ago wrote a Matlab function that
can read an AnyBody output file to a Matlab structure. It is called
readABO_1.03.rar and can be found in the file section. As far as I remember, it
is written for files written by AnyBody version 2.0 and it has a minor problem
with output files from version 3.0. Well, the bug is big enough for it to be
unable to read files from version 3.0, but it has an easy fix at least.

If it does not work for you, please let me know and I shall upload a version
that works for version 3.0.

Best regards

Jalal,

AnyBody can output a .csv file, you can read the
tutorial to get this part done as John mentioned.

MATLAB command “csvread” can read csv file
easily.

Type ‘help csvread’ in MATLAB command window will
give you example how this can be done.

Hope this helps.
