Gait Analysis

Hi,

until now I used the Repository 6 and the AnyBody 2.0 version as I
started modelling with this version.

Why is there a difference in the joint contact and muscle forces
between the Gait3D model form the Repository 6 and the GaitVaughan
model from Repository 7?

It is announced, that they all rely on the data from Vaughan et al. and
thus the results must be the same.

Best regards

Hi Thomas

The differences in the results may come from differences in the leg model.

In the release notes on of repository 7, it is stated that some of the
muscles attachment points for the hamstrings has been modified, this may
give a difference. Basically if there are any difference in the body models
the results from the applications will not be exactly the same.

Please find the ReleaseNotesVer7.pdf which is included in the zip file.

Best regards

Søren, AnyBody Support
