Hi there,

I would like to build models on some data we have collected using GaitLowerExtremity. Our subjects have markers on their pelvises, thighs, shanks and feet.

I tried altering the the exisiting model provided in the repository to remove the influence of the four markers on the skull and the three markers on the thorax (in ModelSetup.any) and this rendered it kinematically indeterminate. In particular it seems RBHD and LBHD are essential to prevent this from happening.

Could you please suggest how I could get around this?

I managed to get the model working. I have another question about our model but I will post this to the “Debug Model” section.
