How move to old version AMS to another computer

Hi there. I'm an AMS user in South Korea. I purchased an older version of AMS from a Korean authorized reseller in the past and have not maintained it. I would like to transfer the same program and license to another computer, how can I do that? My Korean authorized reseller says it's only possible during the maintenance period.

How can I do this?
