I want to calculate. Ankle_MedioLateral Force during heel strike toe off and midstance condition. How to find out the exact position of each of these case.

You could identify the heelstrike, midstance and toe off positions based on when the foot comes in contact with the floor.
If you look in either the forceplate of GRF prediction classes of the model you will find some variables that indicate if there is contact or not.
You could also construct a measure to know the angle between the foot and the floor to know is the foot is level, plantar or dorsal flexed.
