Hello, my computer has experienced a sudden power failure and restart. After restarting, Anybody software can no longer run. The display error is as follows. The license file is still available. How can I solve it. thank you

It seems that you are trying to activate the license for all users on the pc, and that you don't have the privileges for that operation.
Try to activate it for the current user only.
