Does the local reference frame change in AMMR 2.1?
When I export the femur STL from AMMR 1.6 (mocap) and AMMR 2.1 (Plug-in-gait), the mocap local frame is located at the femoral head and the plug-in-gait frame at the condyles.

Hi Lee,
The change from version 1.X to 2.X contained a new dataset, which had a different segmental ref. frame and became default. The anatomical ref. frame should give you a “relative” correspondence. Please note that the MoCap models normally contain scaled bones.
