I opened my AnyBody software and I don’t have a main folder where I can store my files. I want to be able to use an existing model from the repository. How can I create a main folder so that when I load and run an existing model, I can actually view the model without getting errors?

We would strongly recommend to read the tutorials before you start making your models.
Here is a lesson how you can create a standalone model:
new model from a template
Once you have create folder structure - you can replace the content of this model by the content of selected examples.
Alternatively you can just copy selected example to some folder + libdef.any 1 level and adjust paths in …/libdef.any to look for the repository.
