Can you please share a screenshot from AnyBody at model load? This looks like maybe the markers on the shank are located on the femur? Otherwise, maybe the knee marker is also set to be optimized and then the solver can't figure how to solve for the thigh length since it is free to change the thigh length and also the position of all the markers on the thigh. So all solutions are good solutions for the model. You must provide some constraint to the optimization problem by ensuring the anatomical markers are not allowed to be optimized.
