First of all, welcome to the forum. Here you can find and receive answers to most of your questions regarding modelling.
A good start to the modelling system would be to do the tutorials, learn how to construct the human model and add external objects. Once you are comfortable with AnyScript and modelling - you could use examples from the repository that are similar to what you are planning to do.
For instance, you could look at Examples/THA-KneeBendDemo and Examples/SpineFixationWithForceDepKinematics to see how this could be done.
