Optimised vs Unoptimised study

Dear AnyBody,

I am currently trying to run a comparison between optimised
(GaitApplication2, ‘SCALE’) and unoptimised giat models. To run
Unoptimised data in the latest repository (TLEM) do I need to change
all the driver sets to the ‘old fashioned’ AnyKinEqSimpleDriver’s with
selected marker coordinate drivers, or is there a quicker way of
running the model without using the optimised output-euler.txt.

Your help is greatly apprecaited as always

Peter

Hi Peter,

If I understand well you want to run a gait data on the new leg without the
GaitApplication2. Then the way to do it is the old fashion way like in
GaitVaughan with the AnyKinEqSimpleDriver.

Depending on the marker set you are using you should be able to reuse most
of the drivers from GaitVaughan, this will hopefully save you some time.
Probably you will still need to make some adjustments in the initial
position or marker position to have it running correctly.

Best regards,

Sylvain, AnyBody Support
