I have been using v3.1 and just ran into an issue I can’t seem to resolve. I
tried an old
optimization demonstration problem I had written a few months back and it worked
using
v3.0.3. Unfortunately when I run it with 3.1, it fails to take a single
iteration step.
I then tried using the bike seat optimization problem I had from the tutorial
online. When
I ran that one, it once again worked in v3.0.3, but failed using v3.1.
The error for the bike study was: ‘OptStudy.Optimization’ : Optimization
failed : zero
step length
Is anyone else having this issue? Can you let me know if there is a difference
in using the
AnyOptStudy for the new version?
Thanks in advance

It is a bug in that version and it is already in the bug report
system. It will hopefully be fixed soon.
Have a great weekend!
