Segments stiffness

I want to modify the definition of lumbar segments (vertebrae) in the model. For example, vertebrae are defined as rigid bodies by default. I want to set a certain stiffness value for it and hope that this stiffness can change its mechanical behavior.How do I achieve this?

This is a good example of how you can add stiffness to the spine model.
