several analyses at the same time

Hi,
I managed to launch an inverse dynamics analysis with Data coming from
a text file. I would now like to launch the same analysis with several
different text file with just one clic, without changing manually in
the script the name of the text file between each analysis. Of course,
I need to save the result automatically for each analysis (Only the
Activity of a few muscles). This would allow the program to run over
night. Is this possible?

Also can you tell me how to plot several curves on the same graph in
the Chart without using a star (*), so that I can plot curves coming
from different folders.

I have a last question: I need to save the result for only a few
muscles(for a comparison) as a text file, can I force AnyBody (directly
from the script) to write in a text File results for the muscles that I
want.

Best Regards,
Franck

Hi Franck

I think what you are looking for is the AnyBody Console application.
This is an application which can run in bacth mode. You should have
a file named AnyBodyCon in the directory where you installed
AnyBody. There is a tutorial about the console apllication on the
web, please see this link

http://www.anybodytech.com/519.0.html

This tutorial also shows how to create an output file with output
from different muscles.

About the graphs; the best way to do this is to create a new folder
with the graphs you would like to see together, and then plot all
the graphs in that folder using a “*”

Best regards

Hi Soren,
Thank you for the tip, AnyBodyCon is exactly what I was looking for.
this make me save a precious time.

Thanks again,
