my model is not doing the steps in sequence of motions , when i load it just shows just bent up model but any kind of motions cannot be found out. So in order to get the motions what i have to do.
Can you also please help me things i have to follow, since i am new to the software which will help me to do this projects

You need to edit the Mannequinn file
The folder Pos shows the joint angles for the initial position.
The folder Vel shows the velocities of those joint angles in degree/sec.
