Strange position in initial position

Hello,

I successfully run the initialConditions, but the position is strange shown below.

I have no markers in the upper body part. But I did some others without markers in the upper body too and they look normal.
Could someone help?

Hi Lydia,

It looks like the upper-body is driven by extra drivers which effectively set the spine to fixed value in the absence of real markers on the upper-body.

i think you can do two things

• Change the pelvis makers a little bit it will impact directly the posture, but it will be very sensitive with this marker configuration.
• Alternatively make a driver which enforces CoM of the upper body to stay above pelvis, and then simultaneously free up most of the extra driver on pelvis-thorax motion except rotation
