The direction of the coordinate system is reversed

Hello.
There is a problem with my motion capture model. When I calibrate, the direction of the coordinate system is reversed. Is this the reason why I keep making error “solver aborted due to singular KKT matrix”? How should I solve this problem?

I am not sure I understand your question correctly.

By calibrating the model, do you mean the calibration study for the 3 element muscle models? This should not update any coordinate system I think.

Which coordinate system are you referring to in your question? Is it the force plate coordinate system?
