Upper body shoulder analysis

Hi

I was just wondering if it is possible to introduce markers on an
upper body model specifically around the shoulder, so that co-
ordinates from a motion capture lab can drive the model, as it does in
the gait model.

Hi Simon,

Sure you can. This is the procedure:

  1. Define an AnyRefNode at the segment you wish to drive and at the
    position on the segment where the optical marker is placed.

  2. Define a kinematic measure (AnyKinLinear) between this point and
    the laboratory coordinate system origin.

  3. Define an interpolation driver to drive the kinematic measure by
    means of the marker position you have recorded.
