Using the simple leg model in Anygait

Hello,

I’m interested in looking at the Spine during gait. I replaced the ‘standard’ anygait model with a custom one that has a simple leg model (not the TD) one. I was able to load the model and it looks fine, but when I try to run it, it says that it has too few constraints. I was comparing it to the standard anygait model and it looks like the constraints I’m missing are the ones provided by the LegTDModel folder (Which I did not use since I figured I won’t need it).

I am currently trying to alter the files in that folder to make them simple-leg-model-friendly, but is that even possible? Can I use the simple leg model in anygait?
It seems as though the anygait files were not setup in a way that we can use the simple leg model in them. I’m attempting to create the simple leg drivers such as the ones provided by the mocap-model in the anybody examples folder, but since that model doesn’t have a stick figure I need to create the Interface file for that as well. Am I right in doing so? or are there files already made that are specified for the use of simple leg model in anygait?

I’d greatly appreciate it if anyone can help!

Dear Samar,
Sorry for the late answer. In AnyGait several major things have been changed, so that it behaves not like a typical standard application in AnyBody anymore.
I think in general it should be possible to run AnyGait with the Leg model, but I see a lot of trouble coming up on the way. I therefore suggest not to change the leg model for AnyGait.
