Velocity & Acceleration of a segment

Hi all,

Is Anybody only derive velocity and acceleration for joints but not segments, then is there any way to derive the velocity of a chosen point? I urgently need to know the velocity of the model's hand so could anybody help me?

The rDot and rDDot variables are the first and second derivative of the position (r)
