Hi Yifan,

I would very much recommend to follow Tutorials to learn more about AnyBody Modeling System, and about muscle modeling in particular.

As it is also mentioned in the tutorial:

“Strength corresponds to the assumed maximum voluntary contraction of the muscle.”. The units are Newtons.
