Wilke Validation model with my own data

Hello,

I am trying to use the Scripts "SpinePressureStanding" from the WilkeSpinalDiscPressure validation folder available in AMMR. I want to use my own data, but I am not sure how to modify the script since I have a C3D file. I have a simple walking simulation. I believe this is not possible, so I wanted to know which assumptions I have to make in order to modify the original script with my own data.

I think you should start from a AnyMoCap example model and then implement the things you need from the wilke model. It is going to be a big task either way.

try adapting one of the model in the AMMR/Application/MocapExamples to work with your C3D file.
