Would you make some sample script file from attatched file? (by using gaitapplication2 )

 Hello, Anybody supporters…
Â
I hope to get some inverse dynamics data from this…(using c3d2any & anybody )
Â
I tried some ways to drag the conclusion, but I’m so weak in English and the
script…
Â
I try to modify the Gait3d file and GaitUniMiami file. at first, I change the
P1~P15.txt.
Â
and the main script ( the tstart and tends etc…)
Â
but… when I run the main file, It didn’t work. Â
Â
so, I hope you make some sample file or guide-line, how to drive the inverse
dynamics in
Â
General markerset(Helen Hayes marker set) & 2 Force plates.
Â
I’m so sorry about this request…

Hi Chang-woo

It is difficult to create such a model without the actual c3d file, I was
not able to find it. Please note that it is not possible to attach a file
directly to the postings, but there is a file section on the group where
files can be uploaded.

If you decide to upload it, please make sure to remove any possible subject
sensitive data from the c3d file, also a description/drawing of the force
plate setup is needed.

It will take some time to create such a model with a new setup, so there are
no guarantees that it will be done.

If you look in the Gait3DVaughan model you will find a forceplate setup of
type2 this might be useful for you. If you do not care about the graphic
look of the forceplates in the model all you really need is the following
for each of the plates:

1: a AnyFixedRefFrame with the correct location and orientation according to
the orientation of you force plate

2: a forceplate segment zero mass etc

3: a driver that drives all six dof of this segment to be located at the
fixed ref frame, make sure there are no reaction of the drivers

4: Create a AnyForce3d and AnyMoment3d to act on the forceplate, imposing
the measured values

5: create a AnyReacForce on all six dof between the forceplate and the foot
touching it

That is it…

About the markerset we do not have a predefined Helen Hayes marker set at
the moment, but it should be possible to create following the guidelines
given in the 15 step procedure.

I hope this helps you move on, otherwise please write again.

Best regards

Søren

Thanks to you, I got the gait model with my data.

(modified GaitVaughan file.)

I change the Initial position (Mannequin.any file)

but, the anyman stand opposite direction.

I hope to know each marker’s name. (P1 ~ P15)

(ex… P1 : R.ASIS ) at Motiontrackerinclude.any.

Best Regards.

Hi Chang-woo

I am sorry if it was not clear, but the only file which can be useful for
you in the GaitVaughan model folder is the Environment.any, because this
file has the same type of plate setup as your plate I think.

So you can have a look in this file to see how it was done, but I think you
should base your Environment.any on the one from GaitUniMiami model, and
then in general follow the steps for each plate:

1: Create a AnyFixedRefFrame with the correct location and orientation
according to the orientation of you force plate

2: Create a forceplate segment zero mass etc

3: Create a driver that drives all six dof of this segment to be located at
the fixed ref frame, make sure there are no reaction of the drivers

4: Create a AnyForce3d and AnyMoment3d to act on the forceplate, imposing
the measured values

5: Create a AnyReacForce on all six dof between the forceplate and the foot
touching it

If you have problems with the orientation of the model you should make
changes to the PelvisRotX, PelvisRotY and PelvisRotZ objects in the
Mannequin.any file, these variables controls the orientation of the model.

Please ask again if you have further questions.
