I'm currently studying the model of "SpineFixationWithForceDepKinematics"(AMMR2.4.2).I have a question now.If I add a "AnyForceSurfaceContact"class to the L4L5 intervertebral disc,then make the model move,Will it affect the reaction force of L3L4/L5S1 intervertebral disc.For example,after adding "AnyForceSurfaceContact"class ，do the same exercise,will it increase or decrease the reaction force of L3L4 intervertebral disc compared to before adding this class？

Hi Liu,
Yes, normally if you add a "AnyForceSurfaceContact" class, it should affect the results as you introduce another "spring" force. I can't say what will happen as it depends on how you set it up. You are welcome to try it out and see for yourself. Please note we also have the disc stiffness that can be turned on in the model.
