I am new to AnyBody software.
I want to measure the lumbar lordosis Cobb’s angle. How can it be done?
Btw, I want to simulate the traction therapy for low back pain treatment and I still don’t know the suitable way to create the traction force. Can anyone help me?
Of course - everything is possible in AnyBody
Just create an AnyKinRotational involving the two vertebrae that you want to measure the angle between. This will continuously return the angle as the model is moving.

Actually the ref frames of the vertebral segments DO NOT represent the vertebral orientation (the drawn STL surfaces of the vertebrae are already rotated BEFORE being loaded…).
