Is there any way to accomplish a closed loop connection with an other program?

Is there any way in AnyBody to accomplish a closed loop connection with an other program (for ex. Matlab)?. It would be very nice to influence the “local” knee joint kinematics over the force dependent kinematics algorithm where the actual force (for every AnyBody timestep) in dependent the actual kinematics could be calculated in Matlab.
