Regarding anybody simulation

Hi Sir
I have some queries regarding anybody modelling software-

  1. As anybody provides loading and boundary conditions for FEA so can we say that these are realistic boundary and loading condition.Or is still a computational model based on a software simulation?
  2. How we can write a description of boundary and loading condition because without it we are enable to describe FEA model. We have to explain how anybody is providing muscle unit loads and boundary conditions to reviewers. Which equations it follows to provide loading and boundary conditions?
    Thanks,
    Regards,
    Mohit.

Mohit,

AnyBody Modeling System is a modeling system. We solve differential equations and optimization problems, and use a number of assumptions to find muscle and joint reaction forces in the human body. So yes, it is a computational model and the results are subject to validation as well. It is up to the user to verify and validate his particular model.

Regarding description of the AnyBody loads being applied to an FE model - you can either explain the procedure yourself or refer to the existing publications that used the same approach. Please look at the list of publications on our website: list of publications. Similarly you can read the publications to find out how people ensure that loads are physiological.
