Scaling a part of the bone

Hi Pavel,

As I run the inverse dynamic analysis and comparing the left and right leg, the results seem to be not equal. As I look closely at the model, I noticed that the femur of the right and left leg is not the same.

Is there exactly any problem with the transformation that have been done?

Thank you for your help

Hi Atiq,

The problem is in your mirrored scaling law - it is not mirrored. Therefore you get something strange. I see you commented the mirroring and apply scaling of the left to the right (or vice versa) - this is why patella is in the wrong position.

Hi Pavel,

I had move the commenting and applied the mirroring but it look somewhat weird. The part of the knee bone that was used in the transformation seems to be upside down as the picture attached.

Atiq,

Please make sure that all entities are reflected and that the plane of reflection is the correct one (it may change for your particular case). It should just work if you have done everything like in the tutorial. You could try all of that on a simpler example first.
