Is there a pipeline for using IMUs in a mocap model? I have experience with optical markers, but wanted to get ideas as we are switching to IMUs. Any leads are welcomed!

We have a pipeline for using IMU data in a mocap model. You would need to provide the mocap data in the BVH file format. We have some examples in the AMMR that work with data recorded by Xsens.
The workflow is generally similar to the optical marker based model. Normally, you don't need to do the parameter identification process since the bvh data provides with a stick figure model, and we can scale the human model using the anthropometry from the IMU model.
Please review the examples available in the AMMR. If you have any specific questions, you are welcome to ask those.
