It was a simply question but I really don’t understand. What is the definition of x and y axis in chart view?

I am not sure I fully understood the question, but please see below.
The Value axis - is the Y axis, Abscissas axes would be your X and Z respectively. Normally the time of your study will be automatically chosen to represent abscissa (X), where your chosen value will be on the value (Y) axis.
