*.db File for AnyFE2APDL converter

Hello everyone,
I would like to use the AnyFE2APDL tool. However, I don't know how to create the *.db file needed. The tutorial only says: "Download the prepared ANSYS file here and save it in your working directory" (Lesson 2: ANSYS Interface — AnyBody Tutorials v7.3.4).
So how do I create this *.db file from a mesh that the tool can use?

The use of .db is optional - you can use apdl instead if you like
