Marker tracking error

Dear AnyBody Team

I am using:

AnyBody version : 6. 0. 4. - MoCapModel (AMMR.v1.6.2)

I would like to extract the marker tracking error. Could you tell me if I can already find this information somewhere in the output variable of e.g. the MotionOptimization Study or if I have to add something to the code to get this information?

Hi Nathalie,

The information is there.

In the marker driver in question you need to look for the value "DriverPos" ,this value displays the error.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I ran "MotionAndParameterOptimizationModel" - when I look at "MotionOptimization" in the Model view.
Output - ModelOptimizationModel - ModelEnvironmentConnection

There I can find my markers and also driver information for each. However, DriverPos is a matrix of zeros for all of my markers.

Am I looking at the wrong place?
