I would like to ask you for some information about an muscle model in AMS for my diploma thesis. It is quite important.
I mean AnyMuscleModel3E.
Is it possible to find somewhere the relationship between force and deformation in this type of muscle? And a relationship with muscle activity? How this program count the muscle activity during movement?
Or is it a big know how (black box), which you can´t tell me?
I tried to find something about it online, but I wasn´t successful.

You could also read in a number of papers(sort by methods and scroll down) how muscle activations are computed - in brief, an optimization problem is solved, where depending on the chosen criterion muscles replicate one of the physiological strategies. Have a look at “An efficient numerical algorithm for solving the muscle recruitment problem in inverse dynamics simulations”.
