PosInterpol not found in C3D file?

Hi, AnyBody support,

I want to use C3D marker data to run a block lifting model. Based on GaitFullBody model, it said:
“Defined At : CreateMarkerClass.any : ‘PosInterpol’ : Unresolved object”, even after I changed to several other directory to find the PosInterpol…

However, when I used AnyKinDriverMarker class to connect marker to body, there is no such problem.

Hi Cathy,
I think your STRN marker is not defined in the C3d file. Exclude it from the Modelsetup and it should load.

Thanks for your timely response! Yes, you are right; I found that two markers are missing: STRN and RASI.
(The subject is to be simulated to do block lifting and lowering.)
It cannot run kinematic analysis. All the constraints problems are about right and left shoulder arms: FE,PSProximalConstraints,WristJointFlexion and Deviation, and Handglove joints. I thought it should be okay with shoulder arms since I have all markers there. I also did the best guess for the segmental length and the initial position, especially for the PelvisPos X,Y, and Z.

Could you please advise me what to do next?

Or: Will this problem be solved if the VICON data is to be processed one more time without any marker missing?

Hi Cathy,
you should be fine if all markers are processed. Otherwise you have to exclude the missing markers.
