problem with force plate

Hello;

I am trying to load the model using full body gait, but when I go to set up the force plates under AutoDetection I get an error the reads : ‘(’ unexpected model loading skipped

I used the recommended force plate setup in the AnyScript wiki but when I run the model I keep getting the same error no matter if I change the force plate type to 2 or keep it as 4.

I would really appreciate your help.
