I am running a study starting with the StandingModel Example file. I
would like to know the size/mass of the model so that I can adjust
them if necessary. Where are these specified, and what is the source
for these measurements?
Thank you,

The size and mass of the model is controlled by the scaling function. You
can choose between several scaling function in the main file.
When using the ScalingStandard (scaling function used by default in the
StandingModel) the body will have the standard size and mass. They are 1,80
m and 75 kg.
Those numbers correspond roughly to the 50th percentile of European male.
The individual size of the segments come from different data set depending
on the body part, you can find this information in each root file (arm, leg,
trunk).
If you want to modify the size and mass of the model you have to switch to
one of the other scaling laws (ScalingUniform, ScalingLengthMass or
ScalingLengthMassFat) and include the AnyMan.any file. In the AnyMan file
you can specify the length of each segment and the total body mass. This
file is the input data for the scaling function you selected.
