I am not sure i fully understand what you try to do please provide more details.
The MotionAndParameterOptimizationModel will optimize the dimensions of the model and marker positions. If want to skip this step you either load these values into the model as an .anyset file or provide good values for these paramters at load time, by setting them in the script

I am sorry for my unspcificed description.Now,I want to use parameter studies ,so i will set design var .if i use the particular angles to driver the model ,the parameter will not achieve.Because of this reason, i will not use the c3d to driver the model,but i also hope to use the GRF-prediction.

It is still a bit unclear to me what exactly you would like to do.
The GRF prediction is not constrained to be only used together with mocap models, it can be used for all type of models, in the same way it is used in the mocap model.
Keep in mind though that the motion needs to be well behaved for the GRF to work, if you have unrealistic accelerations in the model it will create unrealistic GRF forces or the solver will not be able to find balance in the model and give you a KKT error in the inverse analysis.

Yes that is possible like i wrote earlier, but the motion/posture need to be realistic to make the GRF predictions work.

If i don't want to run the MotionAndParameterOptimizationMode ,what can i do like the StandingModel
that run the inversedymamic analysis directly under the correct model?

If you do not use motion data in the model, i would not recommend to use the MocapModel, this model is made specifically for reading a C3D file and drive the model with these data.
Instead try to use for example the StandingModel.
